Rainbow Six: Rouge Spear for the GBA

A top down view(like the old GTA games) , 4 man squad with limited (although useful) commands and amazing shooting and sniping mechanic makes this one of the best GBA games I have played (although difficult because it requires a little trial and error) It is a worthy purchase (or emulator whatever you prefer) if you like tactical shooters (I have never had so much fun sniping someone) and it has a nice array of operatives to choose from (they have different stats but you can't change the weapon load out) and a decent amount of levels ranging from museums to snowy mountains and missile silos. Ah good times, good times.
