Sera una actividad abierta al publico general donde habrá exhibiciones de los juegos por venir y de tus videojuegos favoritos.

Participa en torneos de los juegos HALO 3, SUPER SMASH BROS. BRAWL y STREET FIGHTER 4.

Costo de la actividad es $3 la entrada y $5 la inscripción para los torneos.

Pasa por tu GameStop mas cercano para que te inscribas en los torneos o pasa por el estudio de Radio Colegial en SH-201.

La actividad será el Sábado 22 de agosto desde las 10:00am y será en el Coliseo Rafael A. Mangual del Colegio de Mayagüez.

Reglas de cada Juego.

SFIV rules:
1. Best of 3
2. Los matches de componen de 2 rounds cada match
3. El Ganador no puede cambiar de personaje
4. El perdedor si puede cambiar de personaje si asi desea.
5. Semi-finals: best of 5
6. Gran Finals: best of 7
7. All characters are playable INCLUDING the BOSS CHARACTERS: Akuma, Gouken and Seth.
8. Fei Long Loop is permited
9. El Fuerte's Continuos Fierce Loop is permited
10. Round Time per Match 99 Seconds
11. Stage Selection Random. o el que mas te guste, no hace diferencia


Super Smash Bros. Brawl Rules
*Gracias a smashPR por el Default mode de reglas
*Modificadas para Balance de tiempo y satisfacion en el torneo por E.G.A.

* 3 stock

* 5 minutes

* No items

* Best 2/3 sets, winners/losers finals/grand finals are best 3/5


* For the first match, characters must be chosen by double blind. After the first match, the loser picks stage, winner picks character, loser picks character (in that order). If both contenders agree blind pick can be skipped

* Stalling in areas the opponent cannot reach without having to lose a stock or otherwise putting him/herself in extreme danger is prohibited. Not to be confused with turtling/camping, which is allowed.

* Matches are not decided by Sudden Death. In the case of a time over, the player with the highest stock count wins. If the stocks are tied during a time over, the player with the lowest percentage wins.

* If a match ends in a draw (double KO), Sudden Death is not played. The players will play a final 1 stock match with the timer set to 2 minutes. If this match also ends in a draw, Sudden Death will determine the winner.

* If both players are on their last stock and one player uses a suicide move (such as Bowser's Flying Slam), the win is given to the player that used the suicide move.

General Rules:

* Do not reset the Wii or tamper with the game settings.

* No stage knock outs.

* No pausing during official tournament matches. Staff members reserve the right to call off a match and disqualify anyone who deliberately pauses a game.

* No eating or drinking near the stations.

El EGA Custom v1 esta diseñado para traer un Balance entre Jugadores de Liga, y Jugadores regulares, los muchos que no conocen las reglas de MLG. Aunque esta fuertemente basado en el MLG Gametype, se le alteran ciertas reglas y settings para el disfrute y mejor desempeño de un jugador regular. Como Electronic Gaming Association, velamos por el disfrute y el desempeño de todo tipo de gamer, creemos en la igualdad.
Esto no es un gametype para liga, sea el caso que EGA corra torneo de liga, este gametype sera alterado nuevamente, si es necesario.

No habia leido bn por apurao, pero creo que par de cosas se deben considerar cambiarse...

Los unlimited kills: deben poner o muchos puntos fijos o un poco time, no mas de 10 minutos. pq cada equipo jugando 10 min consume time, y eso no se debe hacer, por algo yo customize las de halo, y tambn el finals deben ser reconsiderados.... necesitamos el balance de complacer al gamer y complacer a gamestop con el consumo de tiempo... just a thought...

Pregunta q medidas de prevencion se van a utilizar.... por q no creo q sea buena idea para el publico correr un torneo abierto para todo el publico cuando esta el Swine Flu (pigaids).

anyway considerando el Virus que esta corriendo ahora en verdad es una sangana pero como son los tiempos hay que hacer las cosas bien hay que traer handywipes para los controles default que haigan por cualquier cosa y no es porque me siento que me voy a infectar sino es para calmar a la gente paranoica que vaya al torneo

Sorry por decirlo pero no can do, la reunion no se va centralizar en ese torneo, si no en otras asuntos importantes, desearia dejar une verdadera reunion del torneo ya con la nueva directiva y sera pronto, empezando agosto rapido, pero el lunes se cubriran muchas cosas, solo se comentara sobre el torneo.
